Full commercial kitchens on wheels. These come with griddles, fryers, three-compartment sinks, refrigeration, fire suppression systems - everything you need to cook and serve meals. Good for tacos, burgers, BBQ, breakfast, lunch trucks, any concept that needs real cooking equipment.
Most popular size is 16 feet by 8.5 feet. Gives you enough room for equipment and prep space without being too big to tow or park.
We build custom layouts based on your menu. A taco operation needs different setup than BBQ. Tell us what you're cooking and we'll design the workflow to match.
Concession Trailers
Simpler trailers for serving snacks, drinks, and basic items at fairs and festivals. They don't have full cooking equipment - usually just serving windows, storage, refrigeration, and basic sinks.
Good for popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, drinks, pre-made foods. If you're doing county fairs, school events, or festivals where you're not cooking full meals, a concession trailer works great.
Custom vs Ready-Made
We keep a few standard trailers in stock that are ready to go. Pick it up this week and start operating.
But most people want custom because every food concept needs different equipment placement. We're set up for custom builds - same 3-4 week timeline, no extra waiting.
You get 3D renderings showing exactly what the layout looks like. Make changes before we start building. Once you approve the design, we start fabrication.
Trailer Sizes Available
10 feet - Good for coffee, hot dogs, simple concepts. Easiest to tow and park.
12 feet - Popular starter size. Enough room for basic cooking without being too big.
14-16 feet - Most popular range. Fits full kitchen setup with good workflow.
18-20 feet - For concepts needing specialty equipment like smokers or pizza ovens.
24 feet - Large operations or multi-concept trailers.

Warranty and Support
Every trailer comes with one-year warranty on equipment. Something breaks during that first year, we fix or replace it.
After warranty ends, we still help. We've had customers call years later asking where to find parts or how to fix something. We answer the phone and help however we can.

Financing Options
We work with lenders who specialize in food truck and trailer financing. They understand the business model - you're not explaining to a regular bank why you need a mobile kitchen.
Typical terms are 10-20% down, monthly payments for 5-7 years. Interest rates run 7-12% depending on credit.
