We provide vehicle wrapping services in Kissimmee & Orlando for food trucks, food trailers, and concession trailers. Located at 1726 N Kelley Ave, we design, print, and install custom vinyl wraps that turn your mobile kitchen into a rolling billboard.
A good wrap is your best advertising. When you're parked at Lake Eola or driving down International Drive, thousands of people see your truck every day. The wrap is their first impression - it needs to look professional and communicate what you sell in seconds.
We've been wrapping food trucks and trailers in Central Florida for over 12 years. We handle everything - design consultation, graphic creation, printing on premium vinyl, and professional installation. Standard timeline is 3-5 days from start to finish.
Types of Vehicle Wrapping We Do
We specialize in wraps for mobile food businesses operating in Central Florida. Here's what we offer:
Food Truck Wraps
Full custom wraps for food trucks - complete coverage from bumper to roof. We design graphics that match your brand and menu, print them on premium 3M or Avery vinyl, and install everything professionally.
Food truck wraps cost $4,500-$8,000 for full coverage depending on truck size and design complexity. Installation takes 2-3 days. The wrap lasts 5-7 years in Florida sun with proper care.
We create custom designs based on your concept. Coffee trucks need different aesthetics than taco trucks or BBQ trucks. Your wrap should attract your target customer and communicate your brand fast.

Food Trailer Wraps
Custom vinyl wraps for food trailers. Trailers have longer flat surfaces which are great for wraparound designs and storytelling graphics.
Trailer wraps run $3,000-$6,000 depending on size. A 10-foot trailer costs less than a 20-foot trailer. Design complexity affects price too - simple text and colors cost less than detailed illustrations.
Installation time is typically 2-3 days for trailers. Same materials and process as trucks - premium cast vinyl that holds up in Florida weather.
Concession Trailer Wraps
Wraps for smaller concession trailers used at festivals, fairs, and events. These tend to be bright, eye-catching designs that work from a distance.
Concession trailer wraps cost $2,000-$4,000 for most sizes. Smaller trailers mean less surface area, which keeps costs down.
We do a lot of event-focused branding - popcorn vendors, cotton candy stands, snow cone trailers. The designs are fun and colorful to match the festival vibe.
Partial Wraps and Graphics
Not everyone needs full coverage. We also do partial wraps (covering some sections) or individual vinyl graphics (logos, text, menu items added to existing paint).
Partial wraps run $2,500-$4,500 depending on coverage area. Vinyl graphics packages start around $800-$2,000.
Partial wraps save money while still giving you professional branding and advertising space.
Why Choose Our Vehicle Wrapping Service
You can get wraps from sign shops, general vehicle wrap companies, or online services. But most of them don't understand food trucks and mobile food businesses.
Here's what makes our vehicle wrapping service different:
We specialize in food trucks and trailers. We understand the business. We know what needs to be visible (business name, permit numbers for health department). We know what sells (food photos, clear menus, contact info).
We're local in Kissimmee. You can visit our shop at 1726 N Kelley Ave. See wraps we're working on. Talk to our designer in person. Make changes face-to-face instead of emailing back and forth with some company in another state.
We use premium materials - 3M and Avery Dennison cast vinyl. Not the cheap calendered vinyl that fades in a year. Our wraps last 5-7 years in brutal Florida sun.
We handle the whole process. Design, printing, installation - all in-house. You're not dealing with multiple vendors. One company, one point of contact, one warranty.
Design Services Included
Every wrap starts with design consultation. You tell us about your food concept, target customers, where you operate. We ask about your branding, colors, vibe.
Then we create 3D mockups showing exactly what your wrap will look like on your specific vehicle. You see it from all angles before we print anything.
Make as many changes as you need. Adjust colors, move elements, try different layouts. We go back and forth until you're happy with the design.
Design is included in the wrap price. You're not paying separately for design then paying again for installation.
Premium Vinyl Materials
We only use 3M or Avery Dennison cast vinyl. These are the best materials available for vehicle wraps.
Cast vinyl costs more than cheap calendered vinyl but lasts way longer. In Florida sun, cheap vinyl fades and peels within 2-3 years. Quality cast vinyl lasts 5-7 years with proper care.
The vinyl is printed with UV-resistant inks and laminated with protective film. The lamination protects from scratches, weather, and UV damage.
Good vinyl also removes cleaner when you want a new design years later. Cheap vinyl leaves adhesive residue that's hard to clean off.
Professional Installation
Installation matters as much as materials. Bad installation means the wrap won't last even if the vinyl is quality.
We prep the vehicle properly - thorough cleaning, removing old graphics, making sure the surface is smooth. Can't install vinyl over dirt or rough paint.
We apply the vinyl using proper techniques - heat guns to conform around curves, sealed seams so water can't get under the vinyl, no air bubbles.
Installation takes 2-3 days for most trucks and trailers. We let the wrap cure for 24 hours after installation before you drive it.

We can wrap vehicles from anywhere in Florida. Some customers have driven from Tampa, Jacksonville, or South Florida to get their wraps done here.
Local Design Knowledge
Being local means we understand the Central Florida mobile food market and what works here:
We know the different vibes in different areas. Downtown Orlando and Winter Park want cleaner, more upscale designs. International Drive and tourist areas need bold, eye-catching wraps. Kissimmee and family areas respond to fun, approachable graphics.
We know Florida sun destroys cheap vinyl fast. We only use materials rated to handle our UV exposure and heat.
We know health department requirements. Your business name and permit number need to be visible. We include those in designs where they're readable but don't mess up the aesthetics.
We know where wrapped trucks operate successfully. We can show you examples from trucks working at Lake Eola, UCF area, Old Town, festivals.
Wrap Maintenance and Longevity
A wrap lasts 5-7 years in Florida if you maintain it properly. Here's how to care for your wrap:
Wash regularly but gently. Hand wash is best. Pressure washers can lift vinyl edges if you're not careful.
Park in shade when possible. Florida sun is the biggest enemy of vinyl wraps. Covered parking extends wrap life.
Fix small damage immediately. If an edge starts peeling or you get a tear, bring it in. Small repairs are cheap and prevent bigger problems.
Wax the vinyl once or twice yearly with vinyl-specific wax. Protects from UV and keeps colors bright.
After 5-7 years, even quality vinyl shows age. Colors fade slightly, edges might lift, lamination gets cloudy. That's when you rewrap. Good news is you can update your design and refresh your brand.
